Don’t stress, it’s on its way! We often send your items in multiple shipments in order to minimise the wait time.
When products leave our warehouse we email you a dispatch notification showing you the items that have been dispatched and any others that are still being processed.
We have multiple warehouses and some items in your order may be located in a different warehouse to others. This means that you may receive multiple parcels for items purchased in the same order. We want to get your goods to you as quickly as possible!
If you are certain that every item in your order has been dispatched, please let us know which item is missing, and we will be happy to investigate. If you haven’t received an item in your order, our Customer Service Team will be happy to track this down for you, submit a request below, chat or call us.
