- Have you already applied to return an item and want an update?
You will be contacted soon with more information about your Return Merchandise Authority ("RMA") request. It may take up to 5 business days for our Warranty & Returns Team to provide you with more information, but keep an eye on your email inbox for updates from them.
- Have you been approved and have already returned the item?
After your application is accepted and your item is received at our warehouse, your item will be inspected by the Returns and Warranty Team and they will be in contact to advise you of the outcome.
However, you should allow 3-5 business days from the date that we receive your return parcel for the inspection to be completed.
Please note that any items returned to us without an RMA number will not be accepted.
