If you have received something that is damaged or faulty or you believe it may have been incorrectly listed, we apologise and are here to help you.
The first step is to arrange a Return Request. Please see details below of how to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RMA).
- Sign-in to Grocery Run and go to "My Account"
- Click on "My Orders" to see your purchase history
- Find the relevant order number and click on the "Request Return" button
- Fill in the returns form and attach a photo
- Click "Submit Request"
Our returns team will review your claim and respond with further instructions.
Once your RMA is approved for return it's easy to send your item's back to us:
Please note that any returns sent to us without an RMA number will not be accepted.
If your item is damaged or faulty, please know that once it has been received at Grocery Run, it will be checked and tested. If your item works or it is undamaged it may be sent back to you so you can enjoy your purchase with no refund provided.
If your item is deemed damaged or faulty, you will be entitled to a replacement or refund if the issue is considered a major failure. If the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure, you will be entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced.

When returning your item, please wrap the box with plastic or paper and do not affix any tape to the product packaging. All products not returned in accordance with the above return procedures shall be sent back to you and no credit or refund will be issued.
