If your order status appears as 'on hold' on your order page, this means that our system has flagged your order for an additional verification check. Please don’t panic – this is a standard security procedure that we have in place at Grocery Run and could happen to anyone.
Your order will be reviewed and if your order passes our verification checks then we will push it through to be processed to ensure there is no delay with you receiving your goods.
It's possible that we may need additional information from you to complete this verification check, but if this is the case we will get in touch via email.
If the on hold status appears for more than 48 hours then please contact us and one of our customer service crew will look into it for you.
