When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification from us to advise you that it's on the way.
The dispatch notification means that your order has been packed and is waiting to be picked up from the warehouse by the delivery company, which occurs twice every weekday.
The email contains your shipping details such as the carrier, the carrier’s website and the tracking number. You can use this information to track the exact location of your parcel once it has left our warehouse.
You can easily track your item/s by clicking on the tracking link in the notification email or the My Orders section of your account.
Note: Sometimes it can take a few days for the tracking information to appear in the system.
If your tracking number does not appear within 4-5 days after your dispatch notification, just let us know and we will be happy to investigate.
